Capella Consultancy carries out development management for third parties including joint venture partners and landowners. The company has particular experience of managing large scale urban regeneration projects and complex brownfield sites. It is a subsidiary company of Capella Group which was established in 2008 by the former Wilson Bowden Developments team in Scotland. Capella Group specialises in property development, urban regeneration and development management.
