The Ravenscraig Planning consent includes the provision of two new primary schools to serve the new community. The first site has been identified and reserved at the Carfin end of the site within the first phase housing land.

The schools will be provided by North Lanarkshire Council with financial assistance from Ravenscraig Ltd.
